A short piece of news to inform our readers from the UK that the 'Dancing' album (Elisa's US debut album) is now available for download also at iTunes UK. The album contains some of Elisa's best ballads such as 'Dancing', 'Rock Your Soul', 'The Waves' and many others. The tracklist is completed by Elisa's version of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah' as well as the Rolling Stones' 'Wild Horses'. It's definitely astonishing to see how these songs are still so much loved by people. In particular, the song 'Hallelujah' dominates the English charts these days. We hope that our friends from the UK will be happy about the possibility of downloading the 'Dancing' album from iTunes UK.
UPDATE: the album has been added to iTunes Ireland catalogue.

On December 11, 2008, RaiTre broadcast a special event dedicated to Andrea Bocelli and the marking of his 50th birthday. Bocelli performed many tunes from his latest release "Incanto". Andrea invited Elisa to the event, and they sang a duet, "Voglio vivere così" (I Live As I Please), made popular by the 1942 movie of the same name, and a tune which Elisa had previously sung with the great Luciano Pavarotti. Be sure to watch the video below!
Elisa dropped a message on her MySpace page to thank all the fans that supported her throughout the US / Canada tour by attending the concerts and by showing interest in her music. You can read her comments below. Don't forget to check the website in the next few days as more news straight from Elisa are coming soon!
Hello everyone!
I'm still thrilled and energized by the amazing experience we just had on this journey... in my head and in my heart - all mixed together - are beautiful landscapes, sounds of laughters ans sounds of amplifiers... and the wind in the desert, the warm breeze of San Diego and the silent snow that fell down in Toronto.. the great people we met, the great musicians we shared the stage with...
How hard it's been at the beginning.. to get used to sleep on that bus/home : ) !! ... how we ended up sleeping more hours on that thing than on a hotel bed! Yes... true. How Starbucks became a must for coffee and Subway a good way to get a healthy sandwich... how Italian of us... I bought the nicest camera I've ever had... in Chicago.. and I took a ridiculous amount of pictures that I'm definitely gonna share with you!
I wanna thank eveyone that supported me on this tour, with your words when I met you, your smiles and your energy... I received so much love and encouragement from you.. It's been wonderful to get to meet you, to get to know who were the ones responsible for my dream coming true.
