HEART is the most recent album by Italian songstress Elisa. Previously released in Italy on November 13, 2009, it is now available in the US at iTunes. 

The track listing includes thirteen new tracks, plus Elisa's mesmerizing cover version of Tears For Fears' "Mad World".

Special guests are English born songwriter Antony Hegarty from "Antony and the Johnsons" on "Forgiveness", a powerful and emotional ballad, and Giuliano Sangiorgi from "Negramaro" on "Ti Vorrei Sollevare", a catchy but intense song that was a smash hit in Italy, where the album is currently going triple platinum.

The American audience discovered Elisa when the "Dancing" album - a collection of Elisa's best ballads - was released in the US two years ago. Few know that HEART is the follow-up to her 2004 album "Pearl Days" (produced by Glen Ballard), and is Elisa's sixth album to date.

HEART was produced by Elisa and Andrea Rigonat.
